Core Functionality Link designs to relationships. Grant access to multiple contacts. Send designs for approval, add revisions, all with an audit trail. Link design approvals to Sales Orders. Store key relationship data, such as brand colours and logos. Link products to the relationship Customer-facing portal. Communicate with relationships via comments and email. Approve/reject designs. Access to all designs. Customise the portal with the relationship’s branding, providing a personal touch. Relationship authentication facilitated by Zorelo Identity. View order form history and complete pending order forms. Nice to have (but might not make it to the same release) Link products to relationships, allowing for relationships to place orders from within their portal. Orders will be created as requests inside the portal, where a sales admin can then review and add the order to Zorelo. Relationship order tracking.

I want to be able to bulk assign items or variants to a specific warehouse location. For example, if I have a product with 8 different sizes, I want to locate all 8 items to a location in one go instead of having to do them one by one. This would make the process much easier and quicker.

I want to be able to filter production orders to view all 'Issued' and 'Active' statuses. Currently, the 'only outstanding' button hides orders that have been shipped but doesn't account for the production order status itself. This is important because some stock products have outstanding production orders from 2023 and 2024 that weren't completed when the order was shipped, and I need to be able to find and void/cancel them.

I want an "add all variants" button in the Stock Transfers screen. When searching for a product with multiple variants (like different sizes), I want to be able to add all of them to the transfer at once instead of selecting each one individually. This would significantly speed up the process of moving stock for entire product lines.

To improve warehouse efficiency and reduce picking time, we need to restructure how picklists are generated. The current fragmented display of product codes and lack of logical aisle routing is causing unnecessary travel and delays, especially given our recent move to a larger facility.

Workflows enable users to create custom rules for specific actions. For example, when a new order comes into Panther from Shopify, create a production order automatically. Another example is sending notifications to a list of users when the due date changes on a purchase order.
