Filter Production Orders by 'Issued' and 'Active' Status

I want to be able to filter production orders to view all 'Issued' and 'Active' statuses. Currently, the 'only outstanding' button hides orders that have been shipped but doesn't account for the production order status itself. This is important because some stock products have outstanding production orders from 2023 and 2024 that weren't completed when the order was shipped, and I need to be able to find and void/cancel them.
